If you place an order using our website online ordering process, or by post, you are in agreement with the terms and conditions herein. When you place an order with Vicki Louise you are making an offer to purchase the items that you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

When ordering goods over this site, you are entering into a legally binding contract.

UK law is applicable.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%.

Ownership of the goods will not pass to the consumer until full payment has been received.

We try our very best to ensure prices and descriptions on the website are correct at all times and will always aim to correct any errors as soon as we become aware of them. However, we will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of the products ordered, as advertised on this website. Vicki Louise also reserves the right to change prices at any time. Vicki Louise will not be held liable for any errors or omissions.

We also take every care to ensure that the description and specifications of our garments on the website are correct. However, slight variations may occur, particularly due to the settings of individual monitors and variations in software used.

All measurements are approximate.

Despatch and delivery times are as important to us as they are to you - we will always endeavour to deliver within the estimated timescales. However, there will inevitably be times when delivery delays occur. Please remember that holidays and events such as Christmas and Valentines Day may add to delivery delays, and you should allow for this when ordering. Vicki Louise will not be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver goods within the estimated delivery times.

We shall not be held liable to you for any breach of these terms and conditions or any failure to provide or delay in providing our services through our site resulting from any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, fire, explosion or accident.

You are entitled to cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

We take very seriously our responsibility to you to protect the information you provide us with. The website uses the secure ePDQ payment system from Barclaycard Business and we collect and maintain your personal information within the requirements laid down by the Data Protection Act.

Vicki Louise will not pass your personal details to any third party for any reason. We will use your information to enable us to process and deliver your order, manage payments and communicate with you about our products. We may e-mail you with promotional information about our products from time to time. If you prefer not to receive these e-mails, please send an e-mail to: customercare@vickilouise.com with 'no e-mails' as the subject line. Please remember to include your name and address so that we can ensure we remove the correct person from our mailing list.

By supplying us with your personal information upon login, you have indicated your acceptance to our using this information only for the purposes described above. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We do not use cookies anywhere within the site.
