Returns
I prefer that you do not rely entirely on the tape measure and
measuring guides. Of course, this means that I would prefer you
to try on a bra, and as you cannot tell whether a bra will fit
until you have tried it on, I will accept back any items purchased
from Vicki Louise that do not fit you properly or do not meet your expectations and replace them with
an alternative or give you a full refund.
In these circumstances, returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The items must be received by Vicki Louise within 28 days of you receiving the goods
- The garments must be returned in a resaleable condition ie:
o They must be unworn
o They must have their labels intact and be in their original packaging
o They must not have been washed, and they should not be stained, marked or damaged in any way
Occasionally, a minor fault will occur and we will always aim to replace with the same garment or advise of suitable alternatives. If neither of these options are possible, we will refund your payment using the same method of payment that was used for the original order. In this instance, we will also refund your return postage costs.
