How Vicki Louise operates

Vicki Louise provides ranges of underwear specially designed and created for ladies with larger cup sizes. Our priority is to you, our customer, and we keep stock of many items to enable us to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. There are some ranges that we do not currently hold as stock, but will order them especially for you. When you select your item(s) online, you will automatically see whether they are in stock. If they are not, the screen will provide you with an anticipated delivery time. We will do our best to fill your order as quickly as possible, but in any case, should not be more than 28 days from your order. Occasionally, an item may be discontinued, or there may be production problems which mean that it is not possible to fulfil your order within 28 days – IN THESE CIRCUMSTANCES WE WILL ALWAYS CONTACT YOU TO OFFER ALTERNATIVE GARMENTS OR ARRANGE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

Ordering

Online

• You can order online 24 hours per day, 7 days per week
  
• We have a secure server for the safety and security of your online transactions. You will know it is secure from the appearance of a padlock or key symbol when you check out
  
• All payments are processed through Barclaycard Business, which manages payments on our behalf
  
• We accept payment using the following methods: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo, JCB, Maestro (UK only)
  
• We will not bill your credit/debit card until we despatch your order

By Telephone

• If you prefer to, you can place your order by calling our customer care team on +44 (0) 1706 346550
  
• You will need to give your debit/credit card details to them which will be verified at the time of placing your order
  
• We will not bill your credit/debit card until we despatch your order.

By Post

• You can also order by post. Instead of confirming the order online, simply complete the form as you would normally do, then print off and post it enclosing a cheque or postal order made payable to: Vicki Louise, 21 Wrenbury Drive, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL16 4PJ, England. Please write your name, address and cheque card number on the back of your cheque.
  
• If you are placing your first order with us using this method, please allow five working days for your cheque to clear at which point your items will be despatched.
  
• We cannot guarantee that your chosen items will still be in stock when we receive your order using this method.
